You are able to pay for your purchases via EFT as well as South African Visa, MasterCard, payments are processed through PayFast.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1.1. Please note that all returns have to be authorized by SockBox SA. Kindly send us an email at or contact us using our online form.

1.2. If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please promptly contact SockBox SA HQ at or via our online form so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect the product from you and to deliver the correct product.

1.3. You may not under any circumstances return the following items for hygiene reasons: products which you or any other person has altered, repaired or worn.

1.3.1. SockBox SA will NOT EXECPT any returns/exchanges after 1 month of purchase.

1.4. We regret NO CASH REFUNDS – Should we not be able to size swap or item substitute, an online credit coupon for the value of your purchase will be issued and emailed to the recipient (Kindly note the online credit coupon could take up to 30 days to be sent), or a refunds transfer can be arranged to any banking account of preference (transaction fees may apply, subject to transfer delays).

1.5. We regret NO REFUNDS on subscription goods or SALE goods.

1.6. If all items are returned for credit, a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit coupon.

1.7. If a customer does a second return on a product/products, requested/specified a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit for second returns on same order.

1.8. We regret NO RETURNS on SALE goods.

1.9. Refunds for subscription periods paid for in full up-front will be available on request strictly within a 30 day notice period after cancellation, a cancellation fee, subject to terms and conditions herein, may apply.

Return procedures.

1.1. Defective products can only be returned directly to SockBox SA HQ in Cape Town.

1.2. SockBox SA will arrange for a collection of the defective product by our courier once you have contacted us.

1.3. NO ONLINE Returns or Exchanges to be done at any of our stores.

1.4. Returns for exchanges on monthly subscription items may be posted to SockBox SA HQ’s listed address: 9 Graaff Avenue, Milnerton, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7441.

1.4.1 When returning goods for exchanges tracking code/s may be sent to

1.4.2 A standard courier fee of R100.00 will apply for exchanges.

1.4.3 Exchanges may be of your choice, but are subject to availability.

Returned product packaging

Please ensure that the returned product to be collected by the courier is packed so as to comply with the following:

1.1 The product is properly protected, with its original packaging, is still in perfect condition for the purposes of resale (i.e. not damaged or soiled, and the swing tag is still attached) together with any accessories, instructions and documentation (Do not return free gift).

1.2. A Non–defective product will NOT BE ACCEPTED as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use (worn longer than a few minutes).

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy and take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you give us. We need certain information (including your name, delivery address, email address and contact number) to verify your identity when making online purchases, and to ensure that you receive the products purchased by you and in this regard, you understand that we will need to disclose certain of such information to our courier company. You also agree to receive any promotional information via email or SMS in which you have the choice to opt out on.
